Bull & Female of the Year
SHOWS (CALENDAR YEAR)
Buckingham County, Burwarton, Bury, Cheshire County, East of England, Great Yorkshire, Honiton, Kington, Newbury, N. Ireland National, Royal Bath & West, Royal Cornwall, Royal Highland, Royal Ulster, Royal Welsh, Scottish National, Shropshire County, South of England and Three Counties.

1st – 10 2nd – 8 3rd – 6
Grand Champion - 5 Reserve Grand Champion - 3
The Bull & Female of the Year Trophies will be presented at the Annual Dinner.
CONDITIONS FOR THE BULL & FEMALE OF THE YEAR COMPETITIONS
* In all instances of the “Bull of the Year” Competitions, any Bull over Three Years of Age will only be awarded points if it has sired Three or more calves registered with the Society by its 3rd birthday.
* Points will only be awarded from any 5 of the Shows listed where there are a minimum of 20 entries forward and shown by at least 4 exhibitors.
* In the event of a tie, the relevant Trophy will be shared by the winners.
Horned Bull & Female of the Year
SHOWS
Burwarton, Bury, Cheshire County, East of England, Great Yorkshire, Honiton, N. Ireland National, Royal Bath & West, Royal Cornwall, Royal Highland, Royal Ulster, Royal Welsh, Scottish National, Shropshire County, South of England and Three Counties. Also Buckingham County, Kington and Newbury the previous year.

THE NATIONAL HEREFORD SHOW AT WHICH THE TROPHIES WILL BE PRESENTED:

CONDITIONS FOR THE BULL & FEMALE OF THE YEAR COMPETITIONS

Also, the Autumn Shows & Sales from the previous year.

Section Champion - 5 Reserve Section Champion - 3
Supreme Champion - 2 Reserve Supreme Champion - 1
CONDITIONS FOR THE HERD & SIRE OF THE YEAR COMPETITIONS
Points may be gained from any of the following Shows and Official Sales where there are a minimum of 20 entries forward and shown by at least 4 Exhibitors.
* An individual animal will only be awarded points from one showing.
* Points will only be awarded to cattle bred within the United Kingdom.
* Points will only be awarded where the Sire is, or has been, resident in the United Kingdom.
* In the event of a tie, the relevant Trophy will be shared by the winners.
Show Herd of the Year
SHOWS
Buckingham County, Burwarton, Bury, Cheshire County, East of England, Great Yorkshire, Honiton, Kington, National Hereford, National Poll, Newbury, N. Ireland National, Royal Bath & West, Royal Cornwall, Royal Highland, Royal Ulster, Royal Welsh, Scottish National, Shropshire County, South of England, Three Counties and the Spring Shows & Sales. Also, the Autumn Shows & Sales from the previous year.

* No points will be awarded for cattle owned in partnership by two separate herds.
